Tuition & Payments
• $350 per week advance payment rate only (all age groups)
• Advance Payment due Fridays before the upcoming week
• $75 daily Rate
• Late payment fee: $10 daily
• Late pick-up fee: $10 per half hour after 5:00 p.m.
• Payments accepted: Cash, Zelle, Online transfer
• Tuition is non-refundable for absences or vacation

Monday–Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Closed on weekends and major holidays.
Holidays & Closures
• Observed holidays:
• New Year’s Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day ( July 4th)
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
• Eid
• Provider Vacations: families will receive a minimum of two weeks’ notice.
• Family Vacations, tuition is still required to hold your child’s spot.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy
• Drop-off encouraged between 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
• Children must be signed in/out daily
• Pick-up by 5:00 p.m.
• Only authorized persons may pick up (with photo ID)
• Notify in advance if someone new will pick up your child
Parent Responsibilities
Parents must provide:
• Seasonal clothing
• Diapers & wipes
• Necessary infant care items
All items must be labeled.
Parents are also responsible for updating emergency contacts & medical info.
